To recap, on March 26th, a black Range Rover had backed into my car at a very busy parking lot, in front of Trader Joe's. I was very careful and vigilant, watching my surroundings because I had noticed earlier, when I first arrived, before I entered the grocery store that the area was busier than usual. There was also a draining energy, due to the Spiritual War, trying to push me back and slow me down, which I now feel it was positive for me in this case because I was slower than usual, waiting in my car for a while before backing out from my space very slowly. Saturday, 5.6.23 Naturally Rid Swelling in feet, ankles and calves I recently wrote an article on Medium about my current issues, due to sitting too long at the computer, which isn't healthy. I prefer to deal with issues naturally, trying to find the root cause of why it occurred and eliminating such culprit(s). Sometimes, I might just minimalize the use of such culprits in my diet and lifestyle, but increasing the use of positive activities and food to improve situations.  I also recommend lymphatic massage as well as relaxing in a jacuzzi and even doing pool exercises.

It is October 2022. I finally finished writing the rough draft for my third novel. I started editing it, but I just seem overwhelmed. My first two novels were easier to do, maybe because I was younger and I had more energy. I realized my 3rd novel is all over the place, moving in different directions, which might work out for a murder mystery novel, but I need to organize everything to make it flow right. I feel stressed. I took a break last week at the new OCMA building. I also went window-shopping at SCP. I need to find new places to check out. I am tired of routine.  2022 is almost over. And, I am working on this third novel very slowly, not sure about the direction or plot, but mostly freewriting interesting ideas I can work with. There appears to be too many characters coming and going, but most of these characters are secondary characters; so, I guess it doesn't really matter.  I am still doing meetups--walking meetups and book meetups. Monday, 5.23.22 I wake up a little groggy. But after a cup of my morning coffee, I have fully awakened. I decide to stay home today because I need to finish my laundry, as well as other household tasks. I check out my Medium blogs. I wrote many important posts that need to be further promoted.
